What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us when you book a stay or ask us a question.

• Your name and email address, and a phone number so we can reach you about your stay.
• The stay, the dates and the number of guests you booked or asked about.
• Any special requests you add, and the question you send us.
• A one-way fingerprint of your connection's address, used only to limit repeated submissions.

How we use it

We use your details to hold your dates, to confirm your booking, to send arrival information, and to answer your questions. We do not sell your details.

Payments

Card and PayPal payments are taken by the payment provider on its own pages. We never see or store your full card number. We keep the provider's reference for your payment so we can match it to your booking.

What stays on your device

The stays you save are kept in your browser's local storage. They are not sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes them.

Analytics

If the company enables analytics or advertising tags, they may record the pages you visit and actions such as saving a stay or starting a booking. List the providers you use here, with a link to each one's policy.

Who we share it with

Your details are seen by the host team and the service providers that host this website, process payments and hold its data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and inquiry records for as long as we need them to host you and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them, by writing to the address below.
